have you read the solg board in London??
There is a bit of discussion there about the possibility of SOLG taking out CGP. Theory obviously is that CGP is cheap in comparison, plus they have some adjoining tenements (on point of expense they obviously have considered reverse takeover of DGR, or have they??). This isn't just hacks like me making these claims, Sprott- dude in charge of a large fund is the guy doing the speculating, I'll try and attach the link.
I'm thinking is that maybe we get issued SOLG shares once they list in Australia. Say we get payed out on the 10% (via issuing SOLG shares which we can choose to do what we like with) post next takeover offer, and DGR uses the other 5% to fund DGR's new and existing ventures. Basically we divest SOLG in order to simplify SOLGS capital structure..
Thoughts??
p.s- Obviously I'm making these claims loosely based on what Sprott is saying re CGP, his speculation doesn't sound like hot air, he is probably in the loop to some extent...
I guess SOLG needs a simple capital structure in order to attract those big bids, yes??
