You are right, there is no institutional presence on the share register of AHF, it is not even on their radar at the moment and until some major changes occurs it wont come up on LIC's anywhere. the register is full of retail investors made up of mum and dad's, SMSF's funds and a large chunk of the investors are of chinese origins....so unless a concerted effort is made to rally the shareholders to action to eject the Board and get this company rolling it will stay off the LIC's, brokers, investment houses and many other more commercially oriented investors radar for quite some time. In the mean time those in current control will make hay and milk it for all it is worth, so to speak.
