Still no EGM. And definitely, there will not now be an EGM held in May, even if the updated NOM and independent expert's report were both to be issued tomorrow. 7 months on, and still nothing much is turning, if at all. No wonder then when something as simple as a strategic direction is foreshadowed but never then released (in relation to AHF), it just never happens.
Seems that the board, management and the executive /secretarial, etc activities reaching across both entities are strapped in their collective abilities to manage either business. Otherwise, why then the incessant time delays both in relation to TAU (and its impending de-merger /transformational acquisition) and AHF (in relation to determining its future strategic direction, if indeed there is one - quite apart from all the organic poop that was being talked about by the executive and the board almost 12 months ago).
