Well, look on the TTS forum, you will find a disclosure that Australian Super has been woofing down those TTS shares: IMHO but pls DYOR AusSuper is an industry fund with connections to the ALP, is it not? And Mr Sims, the ACCC Chair and responder to the TAH ACT case for the TO bid of TTS is an ex-staffer a.k.a apparatchik of former Australian Labor Party Prime Minister Robert James Lee Hawke.
I wonder whether the numbers men and women have been doing the numbers on the Australian Competition Tribunal and told their affiliated fundies to purchase TTS based on acceptance of the TAH-TTS merger otherwise AusSuper members will be pretty damned annoyed and irritated at such a gutsy and if wrong, wrong call. Would you not think?
