Its a huge salary plus background benefits.... however you can only hope that someone with a decent background in the industry has done their research and feels like they can deliver something for this company and its products otherwise its going to be a pretty short honey moon if they run out of cash again.

It would be nice to get an investor release from the new management team about their strategic priorities ie what markets are important, how sales are going to be stimulated including an update on the partner programme that seems to have delivered nothing so far, how the cost base is going to be rationalised in line with the revenues, how they are going to preserve cash.

I maintain some hope based upon my belief in the product but this management team have some convincing to do and quickly otherwise i fear sentiment will drive the price even lower.
