Unfortunately, Goarmy, they divide your current holding by 350 and then that is how many new 1c shares you will possess - which in all likelihood won't buy you more than a modest meal at a modest restaurant. My 1.76M holding will be worth $50.29 (if they round up the half-cent!). After the $19.95 brokerage to sell that'll leave me $30.34 for my meal. WOW! 350:1 is the biggest consolidation I've ever heard of, though obviously many companies have folded leaving shareholders nil. With IXL years ago I didn't even get the cap gains loss as they never actually officially declared a wind-up. They just went into perpetual limbo. Live and learn, eh?
