Did you make the decision SD? I'm with you- I can't find this $1M cash received during Q1 (deferred consideration for the FZO transaction executed in December 2016. Shouldn't it be in Sec 2.2?) If I can't find that I don't know how to read the cash flows and cash burn.

Also 1 client = $600k is a good thing, but take that out its $600k otherwise, which is a fall backwards in the scheme of things
