If they did they would have committed to fund it years ago..

The supply is already outstripping the demand for DSO fines or lump.
The stockpiles in China keep growing...

Everyone that knows IO draws on the same reasoning.

Why do you think that RIO, BHP, FMG don't look at developing any magnetite projects.
They are a high cost operating and maintenance processing plants.

So I repeat, no one is going to fund a $4.5m project that will return a loss.

The macro economics in the world will need to change dramatically before we see this happen.
