I added 'or so it seems' for good reason BBV. It good be a pretence about exploring. The ann says: 'considering work programmes'. Trying some leverage against SFR/TLM?

I hope that it gets sold, but why raise $2.45m now and 10% dilute in the process if money is coming from a sale soon. You will note that part of the money ($300k) is to be used to pay Ascidian which will also get more shares in the process.

Also, given the involvement of Investmet, MF is not one of the competing interests for the company and its assets

SIs normally get told 'inside stuff' as an inducement. MF is a SI here. It's therefore possible that he would have been informed of the 'competing' interests. That's why I say that he would not be one of the parties. The alternative though is that the SIs were not given details of the competing transactions proposals so that that info remained sacrosanct. In fact, now that I think about it, that's what I hoped happened. If that is the real situation, then it would still exclude MF as he would have the distinct advantage in subscribing for these new shares by knowing what he has offered.
