I have a passion for growth - growth in revenues, EBIT, shareholder value, building enduring business relationships and growth of the enterprise and management team. I also have a passion for directly investing in the company I am leading and using that to align my interests with those of other shareholders.
Not to say the company wont have a misstep in the future but its hard to disagree with whats been written above. As they say actions speak louder than words.
