There is another way to get some early cash inflow: Adopting a license-based business modell and say good bye to the dogma of being a major project owner. They still have excellent expertise and the testing facility in Oz. Selling a license to China, delivering the expertise to construct a plant and receive revenue for every tonne produced by the plant.
