    Its the NPV 0% that's is unbelievable
    The NPV 10% that is laughable.

    How about NPV at the true WACC that it costs them?

    How about operating future cash flow projection from the current producing wells.... you know those wells where additional capital is not needed ... or will it. How about that gas cap. Surely burnt off by now?
