Bad deal for FXJ as a whole, so they get to pick all the good stuff and paid 95c
you left with a business no one wants with a pile of debt, I wouldn't put any value to this new business
so they buying it FXJ for a $1, no premium
Very very clever, I say $1.20 for domain
if they spin off domain, it certainly be traded above 95c for sure
