Going back to the 2007 and 2008 annual reports for ZFX and OZL one can see that the energy costs for the century site was 50-60mil.
Not sure what that would be in today's power costs.
One of the main issues with this place is that it was so far from anywhere, but in saying this, AYA seem to have got it for a song. A lot of infrastructure that you could not replace for less than a billion dollars.
