They do the roadshows, instos say they want a piece but don't want to buy on market. NAE bends over and gives them a piece at a discount, and instos pump it to make money. Hopefully this is not the case, and the CR can at least be at the 10 day VWAP, which should be a premium.
In relation to the coal project is definitely interesting aside from the fact most mum and dad investors will get shafted
