I wouldn't be counting on real improvement to the Nickel price for some years to come.
Philippines politicians have just rejected the Environment Minister who has been closing mines, and outlawing openpit mining. Seems to me that Nickel Ore will be flowing again shortly, and continuing to depress Nickel prices.
I think the only real short term'middle term hope for Mincor is the current Gold initiative.
