I understand your frustration, but the board doesn't control the market price and broader economic context.

I would be deeply concerned if they were focusing their energy on lifting the share price, instead of executing a strategy that provides long term shareholder returns. Price will follow returns, and if it doesn't, provides a great buying opportunity.

It looks to me like their US strategy is progressing well, and Aus is outperforming.
