You could tell DG didn't have much confidence in the future, he sold half his shares at a relatively low SP, for a start. They also changed their revenue recognition at the half year, only giving the prior year as a comparable, to make it harder to evaluate how acquisitions are going to my mind. Maybe it is possible to work out the pass through filing fees amount, but it is not revenue to my mind, but mere obfuscation.
