hi parrot , I think you misunderstood what I was asking .. have directors given a call option of all the shares they control ,or only 20 % of their share holding ?.I know they have no control over anyone elses. If they have pledged all their shares away at those prices ,they are fools . if they wanted to sell the company they could have had a dutch auction before giving anything away . There would be plenty of interested parties willing to pay $3.50 as a starting point.
