At last someone has raised the pertinent questions that are in need of being answered.

Vertical integration is a great idea but you do not put the cart before the horse, they got an idea but effected it before they or the company were ready to take that step. There would have been better opportunities than what have been taken up.

Many have and will try to get into the listed dairy space, but alas will be doomed without the relevant dairy expertise to execute new technology and run a profitable enterprise.
