    I don't think they would have sold Pacific if they couldn't see a clear path ahead for Envirosuite. This is gives me greater confidence going forward. Either the market has effectively been valuing the EVS software at zero or we have pulled off a ripper deal.

    ERM obviously know what they are doing, not only have they picked up Pacific Environment but they now have a tight relationship with EVS and will be collaborating with them going forward.
