uncertainty and the excellent track record Govs have on poor policy and heaps of unintended consequences, and so banks and the like will not be happy to loan for what looks to be excellent projects if such uncertainty exists, but also that idea of domestic reservations means more competition for AWE,s gas domestically!!!!
