I also avoided this one at IPO and was hassled to buy in- I just couldn't understand how all these businesses could be managed and integrated in the short- medium term. I bought into PWH at IPO, although different business models the difference in quality was what concerned me.
In addition they are taking on a proven performer in ARB. Even if it is cheap buying at this price I currently see no upside in buying in.
