One of the biggest advantages of GXL is their distribution channels (Vets, retail and online). The ability to cross-sell to their customer base is huge. Petbarn.com.au is probably the biggest pet website in Australia at the moment and the ability to promote their vets online, promote food in their retail store and promote their website in their vets is going to have a 1+1=3 result.
