Native title hasn't been resolved for years since LMB. It has been pushed back again and again and again. Without it, can the project keep going?

Except digging and drilling again and again and again, what about the resources found or claimed under LMB management?

LMB (HXG) was among first movers years ago, the price was even close to $1 back that time. Look what it is doing now? Straight back to square 1 with nothing accomplished.
