Parrot, we're both doing the same thing: Putting up what we can find out for all to see and trying to see what Norm does. At this point I am posting without editorial comment. My feelings should be apparent from my earlier posts when I was very upset.
Re Alaska, from what I have read, the court case is over using a lake as a tailings dump and whether a "Clean Water Authority" (or something with a similar name) can approve the fouling a natural body of water. I think the court has agreed that, by (name) definition, they can't.
Why is that Game, Set and Match? They still have the option of building their own tailings dam, surely? Maybe costly be surely better than walking away.
So what do you think?
