The directors of this company are also the directors of BSG who are merging with CDE, why have they made the decision to merge with CDE? Maybe because they want to focus their efforts more on KMN and in particular Kalman, I am starting to get the feeling this could be big. I reckon they will p1ss of St Anton as well.
