Thoughts on HOR and RNI merging?
RNI has about 320m shares and a MC of about $22.4m (@7c).
HOR has 194.6m shares and a MC of about $5.64m (@2.9c).
1 RNI share for 4 HOR, say.
RNI will in about 2 weeks change its name to Auris Minerals Ltd (AUR). Both companies, as merged, would therefore have been re-branded. AUR would then hold these red-circled tenements.
