What Hommel didn't mention is that their Alaskan property is bogged down in the courts by the greenies who appear to be winning. That's after they spent their development dollars. What a mess!
The more I look into it, the more incredulous it seems to me that BSG Management could have even contemplated this "merger", let alone recommended it.
Not only recommended it, they've etched it in stone.
