Hi @japanfresh, yes we have resolved the “error in retrieving token” in our recent update, thank you for your patience. The USD9.99 annual membership (microchip only) was a limited promotion and we have since changed our offering to include the microchip (lifetime use) for free with any starter pack purchase (with Data).However new data plans will carry expiry dates and must be renewed to carry forward data balances.

Your current data plan will expire when your existing data plan expires. In order to keep your existing 3GB data in your balance, you can choose to purchase our 5GB plan which has a year long validity. As a safeguard for users, the data renewal toggle button will require them to agree to an automatic renewal of their last data plan that expires after a specified duration in order to turn it back on.
