Yes market had time to buy in lower before the CR however the market could not have got anywhere near 41 m shares without pushing the price above $0.20 and so the funds saw it as an opportunity.

Shareholders had the opportunity to top up cheaper if they were confident and it's great to have cornerstone investors and instos on board. It has come at a cost however I see an entirely different company going forward. New opportunities, positive support and new credibility without management preoccupation of dealing with creditors and continually answering to market concerns re debt levels.

Hopefully onwards and upwards from here. Influencer platform sounds interesting.
