    That is always a possibility. And that's a good point most people seem to ignore. For every seller there has to be a buyer to complete a trade.

    If like me you have done extensive background research into NAND flash and its limitations, and looked at the industry and its stubbornness to spend billions upgrading their fabrication labs to produce a new memory tech (as evidence from V-NAND, BICS, and moving from MLC into TLC, and even worse QLC which will require the WORM tech to make QLC last) then backing a memory tech like RERAM that can be produced in the current fabrication labs with little or no significant upgrading with thousands of times better metrics than NAND flash can ever do (taking a breathe here), then you should feel confident in the company.

    Just because someone sells, doesn't always necessarily mean they know something you don't. It is the same reason why you shouldn't buy into a stock just because someone is buying into it. Do your own research, your own valuations on the company and buy at YOUR price. This is probably the hardest lesson to learn when trading.
