This CR has clearly been orchestrated by and for institutions and with their professional investors.
These people use Balance Sheets as a top priority and there now seems to be no doubt that Dom has "got the message" that small time punters are NOT who he should be aiming at to raise that SP. They've let him down when it counted most and he simply cannot rely upon existing shareholders to do what these new investors have done, and very quickly.
This indicates to me that the nature of these "new" investors, and now with a "cornerstone" investor, especially with the speed in which it was finalized, that we just might have seen the last of the "small punter" influence (which has probably been the major factor in dragging the SP down, selling with impatience) and a new era of buyers making the sub-teens a thing of the past.
