I figure this could be taken either way:
Maybe Lewis wants more liquidity for himself, hence converting the notes to shares and then sell some of them down.
Or, he's converting the notes into shares now because he expects AAC's earnings - and the share price - will keep increasing - and hence deliver more value/growth for him long term than holding the notes.
Any other thoughts...?
