"In accordance with listing rule 17.2, Equator Resources Limited (ASX:EQU) requests a voluntary suspension to be placed on the Company’s securities pending an announcement relating to a material acquisition. The Company requests the voluntary suspension continue to the earlier of the announcement to the market or the commencement of trade on Monday 24 April 2017. The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted."
