it looks like it, I owned shares 7 years ago, bought them at 1.7cps, then they "discovered" nickel, zinc and copper, fisher east was there baby and just kept doing CR and making promises, keeping IM employed and turned over holders, new SHs and new promises, good luck everyone, lets see where you are in 7 years.
