The difference between STO and ORG, WPL, OSH, is that GLNG by far and away dominates the value of STO, whereas the others have a more diverse set of projects. STO won't move forward until debt paid down further due to the marginal cash flows being generated at GLNG and/or STO solves their gas supply problem with RASLIE.
Interesting 6 months on from when everyone one was blaming the previous BOD for not managing risks of the business properly. Now thinking that the failure of the project/STO due to technical problems at RASLIE (and possibly lack of supply from Narrabri) resulting in the shortfall of gas supply i.e. it is also importantly a technical SNAFU which has had very far reaching ramifications.
