Yeh, it is frustrating, but they aren't the only ones who can participate in the CR.
And capitalising on their screw up? That is yet to be determined. That assumes the stock will go above their purchase price.
I see it as a positive move, as they are putting their money where their mouth is.
I'm sure they were told by Triple C to do this, as it will make it a slightly easier sell to their clients.
