theworst, it pays to be an observer of human nature - it often tells the unwritten story.

In this case, my suspicion is if Track is harder work than anticipated to integrate and deliver value (and justify its expensive price tag), then the obvious temptation is to look for some piece of low hanging fruit that may be easier to turn into a success and/or create a distraction from the problems with Track.

Managers these days are all too quick to look for the easy wins that will make them look good in the short term, especially if they are not meeting expectations on one of their KPIs.
