This doesn't make sense.
Why go for debt then instead of equity in the first place to acquire track? The whole argument was to not dilute shares.
Why raise money now to attract funds now and not wait for another 12 months at which point the sp would have recovered somewhat?
Why do they want funds to be in this?
Why do they need the money?
