Good (very) performance news highly likely soon.
Maybe Dom wants loyal shareholders to buy in at a discount to give them a "reward" before the next performance results and with the proceeds, pay out as much debt as possible. Win/Win.
But, like you, maybe just wishful thinking.
Soon know, but, with Dom's views on dilution, I'd bet that it will be very beneficial.
