Most would determine with this comment that legacy issue are admin issues. Like tax or monies owed, contractractual issur, poor agreements. Perhaps not all are present but this nonsense of raising the dealing legacy issues that increase value is bs. What are they. The only think I can think of is the wgx PE right.
I reckon they're talking about the legacy issues which caused the failing of recap plan fund x and others. We need an explanation of these legacy issues which now increase value. Imho.
