I don't know for sure how David will announce the result.....I expect he will just say "Higher or Lower" with just a brief explanation.

Trying to predict a direction would be gambling. Based on what information is available to the left of the chart — the odds are without a sign of strength, the trend is down. It would seem to be being held down with selling for accumulation or distribution purposes, without more information beyond the borders on the left of the chart it is hard to decide which.
