What gets me is these sorts of projects always involve overpaid consultants who supposedly know everything. Those MFs really earned their money on that job! Perhaps AZA should ask for a refund?
As for management don't get me started! The vibe I pick up is that these blokes are learning as they go -pretty much like a bunch of high school work experience kids!!!
Somebody should bite the bullet over this.
So far its been a total debacle.
