Even if they do come out of Chapter 11 with water in the garden,
its unlikely there will be anything left over for current holders.
It seems like this was no real surprise to the boys in the corner office.
They mention debt holders if successful may see a return on their investment but zero mention
of shareholders.
Why are we not surprised.?
Hope we all get our heavy losses back elsewhere.
This horse will need a massive run down the rails to avoid the knackery.
plenty of Chapter 11 restructures have been successful...but for who!!!
