What??? The company IS the shareholders.
We own it and we have suffered loss. I got in early and took out my initial investment a couple of times but that doesn't make this any less of a loss. I've got no idea whether it's worth pursuing further... with the current boards track record, probably not.
Hamish has already announced he will look at this as an option but I won't be around long enough for him to cock that up too.
