    True it doesn't really matter.

    At least its reassuring that justice will be served to GMC management if a deal can't be concluded.

    If they didn't have a full time CFO I could understand a missed deadline. They have shown SH complete disrespect and only a large SI + reasonable CR can save whatever is left of their reputation.
