my thought is if people who owns half of the company think whats been done is best solution, i trust that is the best solution...
the end of the day, asset in the lab is MEM best asset, if anything can be achieved there, those loans will be no problem whatsoever.
people talking about 6, 7, 800 millions loans yesterday need to read ann... only 25mil is issued yesterday... everything else is loan not equity as yet.
obviously today, they got another 200k in the bank... again for a 2mil cap company
