Based on the last traded prices on the ASX of EDE ($0.28) and EDEO ($0.255) on 29 March 2017, this (TAS) investment (in EDE) had a market value of $163 million, which is equivalent to 42.9 cents for every currently issued TAS share.
ie TAS value per share in EDE alone, is 1.5 times that of the current EDE sp instead of 0.763 as it is of today.
