Im not sure ASX deadlines matter too much when you are suspended.
The biggest risk if if you remain suspended for 2 years (or maybe its 3) you are automatically delisted.
Im not holding my breath on this one - all the assets were secured and we havent had a credible update on where everything is at (who is keeping an eye on and maintaining plant, equipment etc) for awhile now.
